Joseph (JR) Rager has extensive work experience in the field of supply chain management. Joseph (JR) started their career in 1995 at Roush Industries, where they worked as a Corporate Business Analyst specializing in SCM, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, and Purchase Order Management. In 2005, Rager joined The Neil Jones Food Company, where they held various roles, including Executive Director of Supply Chain and currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer.
