Tom Kelly

Much the way his founding father, Neil Kelly, influenced our business, President Tom Kelly’s influences can be felt in every segment of what we do. Tom drove them to expand into five fast-growing locations throughout the Northwest. Today, more than 200 employees and thousands of satisfied clients benefit from his deft management style. His influence keeps our core values front and center—particularly caring about the environment and their local communities (as demonstrated by their LEED certified custom homes/Neil Kelly locations and our B-Corp status). Known for his service to their community, Tom recently chaired the Portland Development Commission (aka Prosper Portland). Among other accolades, Tom was recognized with the Volunteers of America of Oregon DePriest Award and the Fred Case Award for Entrepreneur of the Year. During rare breaks, Tom and his wife are often found sailing local waters, or carving up mountainsides.
