Chad Leaman is an accomplished leader in assistive technology and digital literacy, currently serving as the Director of Innovation at the Neil Squire Society since January 2003, where Chad co-founded the Makers Making Change program. This initiative connects individuals with disabilities to makers who can create assistive technologies. Leaman has also held various roles at Neil Squire, including Director of Development and e-Learning Manager, where Chad drove strategic partnerships and transformed service delivery through digital platforms. Additionally, Leaman contributed to the technology sector as a co-organizer of NetSquared Vancouver and held leadership positions at the BC Technology for Learning Society. Educationally, Leaman holds a Certified Association Executive designation and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, focusing on English and Computer Science.
