Johan Wiid

Johan Wiid has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Johan most recently served as Group Chief Commercial Officer at Neilson Financial Services starting in April 2023. Prior to that, Johan held the position of Chief Analytics Officer at Greenstone Financial Services from December 2015 to March 2023. Johan also worked as a member of the Senior Leadership Team for Data and Analytics at Quantium from November 2014 to January 2016. Before that, Johan worked as a Company Actuary at Greenstone Financial Services from November 2011 to June 2015 and as a Management Consultant at Quantium from September 2010 to November 2011. Johan began their career as a Reserving Actuary at Allianz Worldwide Care in March 2008, where they worked until August 2010.

Johan Wiid obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science from Stellenbosch University, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Johan continued their studies at Stellenbosch University in 2003 and completed a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in Actuarial Science. Johan also earned additional certifications, including the Fellow FIAA from the Actuaries Institute Australia in 2011 and the Fellow FFA from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 2009.
