Karen Zhou

Karen Zhou has a wealth of experience in the ecommerce and customer experience fields. Karen began their career in 2011 as an Intern for the Judiciary Subcommittee on Privacy, Technology and the Law in the Office of Senator Al Franken. In 2012, they were an Arts Administration Intern at the Boston Center for the Arts and a Trainee in the Office of the Secretary-General at the OECD. That same year, they also worked as a Trainee for the ALDE Group at the European Parliament. In 2014, they started at Pearson as a Technology Delivery Associate and an Associate Customer Experience Analyst. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at MM.LaFleur as a Senior Customer Experience Associate, a Customer Experience Associate, and a Customer Experience Analyst. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, they were at Andie as the Director of Ecommerce, the Director of Operations, and the Customer Experience Manager. Currently, they are the Head of US Ecommerce at NEIWAI.

Karen Zhou obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies from Harvard University, which they completed in 2014. Karen also has a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits with Distinction from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, which they obtained in August 2018.
