Katelyn Sultzbach, MBA in Human Resources Management and Services, has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist focused on Employee Relations and Benefit Administration at NEIWPCC since March 2022, Katelyn previously worked as a Human Resources Manager at Guardian Angel Senior Services from June 2021 to March 2022. Katelyn also held the position of Care Director in the Assisted Living Division at Benchmark Senior Living between August 2014 and September 2020, and worked as a Behavior Therapist at Newton Public Schools from October 2014 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, Katelyn gained experience as an Associate Behavior Therapist at Beacon ABA Services from July 2012 to July 2014. Katelyn earned a B.A. in Social Work and Counseling and a Master's degree from Franklin Pierce University.
NEIWPCC
NEIWPCC [NŪ-Ē-PĬK] is a regional commission that helps the states of the Northeast preserve and advance water quality. We engage and convene water quality professionals and other interested parties from New England and New York to collaborate on water, wastewater, and environmental science challenges across shared regions, ecosystems, and areas of expertise. We develop, coordinate, and conduct training courses for wastewater and other water quality professionals regionally and nationwide. We conduct research into water-related topics, monitor environmental factors, and fund such work by others. We also implement and fund environmental restoration and other on-the-ground projects. We fund and/or staff programs that engage the public through events, exhibits, web and print publications, and other outreach activities. We actively represent the interests of member states at meetings with federal and state officials and in regional and national water and wastewater associations.
