Mikael Olenfalk has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Mikael began their career at Siemens as a Software Developer from 1999 to 2001. Mikael then worked at Elog Scandinavia AB as a Software Architect and Developer, where they designed a backend system for connecting different freight train control systems. From 2002 to 2004, they founded and worked at Netgineers HB.
In 2004, Mikael joined Optillion as an Embedded Software Developer, where they worked with C and FPGA programming. Mikael then moved on to Plockmatic International as an Embedded Software Developer for a brief period before joining Tobii Technology AB in 2005. At Tobii Technology, they started as a Senior Developer and later became a Project Manager and Software Architect. Mikael was responsible for the development of a new external SDK and played a key role in designing the firmware system.
From 2010 to 2011, Mikael founded Sportmanagergames and served as its Founder. Mikael then joined Spotify in 2011, where they held the positions of Team Lead Desktop and later, Team Lead Group Manager. Mikael'stime at Spotify ended in 2015 when they joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Software Development Engineer. Finally, in 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Neko Health.
Mikael Olenfalk attended Jakobsbergs Gymnasium from 1999 to 2003, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Mikael also obtained an edX Verified Certificate for Data Science Orientation from edX, although the month and year of completion are not provided.
