Jennifer Ruddock (She/Her/Hers)

Jennifer Ruddock is currently Chief Business Officer at Nektar Therapeutics responsible for corporate development, financing, business development and alliance management. Jennifer has held this position since April of 2024. Prior to her current role, Jennifer was Head of Strategy and Investor Relations for Nektar. Prior to joining Nektar, she was the Head of Investor Relations at Tumbleweed Communications from January 2000 to December 2003. From January 1994 to December 1999, she was the Head of Investor Relations at Catellus Development Corporation, where she led corporate finance, marketing and media relations for a public real estate operating company. Jennifer began her career in 1992 at Montgomery Securities, a healthcare and technology investment bank. Jennifer serves on the board of California Life Sciences, and sits on the Public Policy Committee for the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. She is also a board member of the non-profit San Francisco Foster Youth Fund.

Jennifer Ruddock attended Colgate University, where she earned a BA in Neuroscience. Jennifer also attended Morristown Beard High School.
