Jill Thomsen

Jill Thomsen has worked in various finance and accounting roles throughout their career. Jill started working at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1989 as a Senior Manager and remained there until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they served as the Vice President of Finance and Deputy Corporate Controller at Calpine Corporation. Then, they joined Nektar Therapeutics, where they held the positions of SVP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer and is currently serving as the SVP and Chief Financial Officer since 2022.

Jill Thomsen completed their education in a chronological order. Jill began their academic journey in 1987 at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, where they pursued a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree with a specialization in Accounting. Their studies in this program continued until 1989. Simultaneously, in the same years, they also attended Colorado College, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Economics.
