Michelle Gossage has over 30 years of work experience in various roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Michelle started their career at Genentech Inc in 1991 as a Lab Services Technician and later became a Biochemical Manufacturing Technician. At Chiron Inc, they worked as a Steril Fill Technician. In 1997, they returned to Genentech Inc and worked as a Senior QC Analyst, QA Master Change Control, and in Lab Services. Michelle then joined Genentech, Inc. From 2020 to 2021, Michelle worked at Abbott as a Program Manager Customer Quality and Training, where they managed digital service transformation, curriculum design, and business process support. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director Clinical Training at Nektar Therapeutics, starting in 2022.
Michelle Gossage earned a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, General from the University of California, Davis. Michelle completed their undergraduate studies in this field between 1991 and 1996.
