Jennifer Bartell

Associate Director Of Clinical Training at The Place for Children with Autism

Jennifer Bartell has a diverse work experience in the field of autism therapy and education. Jennifer started their career at NYC Autism Charter School in 2007 as an Instructor and later became a Lead Instructor and then a Head Teacher. Jennifer worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Clinical Supervisor at The Autism Therapy Group, where they oversaw treatment plans and trained direct care staff. Jennifer then joined North Shore Pediatric Therapy as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at The Place for Children with Autism, starting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from 2018 to 2019. Jennifer then took up the role of Associate Clinical Director from 2019 to 2021, and they now serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Training since November 2021.

Jennifer Bartell earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and music performance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1999 to 2004. Jennifer then pursued a Master of Education (MEd) in Special Education and Teaching from Hunter College, which they completed between 2009 and 2012. Jennifer later obtained a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas from 2013 to 2014.
