Marta Vila Aguilà has held a variety of roles since 2015, beginning with graphic design for various clients. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Director of Communication, Marketing and Ticketing for Festival Flamenco On Fire, Director of Communication and Digital Channels for Talent On Fire, and Coordinator of Digital Channels for GGUP Fest. In 2018, they were the Content Planning, Ticketing and Graphic Design for Premios Compás del Cante. Fundación Cruzcampo, and Director of Communication and Production for the 'Compases, silencios y libertad' Performance de la Familia Morente for the Museu Picasso. From 2021 to 2023, they were the Chief Brand Officer for Nektria, and is currently the Connectivity Culture Ambassador for Coralcore.
Marta Vila Aguilà completed a Grado Superior in Gráfica Publicitaria from Escuela de artes y oficios de Jerez between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Grado Superior in Comunicación audiovisual from EMAV between 2010 and 2012. In 2008 to 2010, they attended Escola Massana for Bachillerato Artístico. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Certificado Ads Accelerator: Curso de Facebook & Instagram Ads Avanzado from FB Ads Accelerator in June 2020, Fundamentos del Marketing Digital from Google Actívate in June 2020, and Google Analytics for Beginers from Google Actívate in June 2020.
