Carolina Andrade

Carolina Andrade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Carolina is currently the Director of Project Execution - North America at Nel Hydrogen, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at California Resources Corporation from 2014 to July 2023. During their time at California Resources Corporation, Carolina held various roles including Commercial Analysis Manager, Commercial Analyst, Facilities Project Manager, and Operations Improvement Engineer. Before joining California Resources Corporation, they worked at Oxy as a Surface Operations Engineer from 2012 to 2014. Carolina also served as a Surface Engineer Intern in World Wide Engineering at Oxy for a brief period in 2012. In addition, Carolina worked at the University of Houston as a Materials Engineering Lab Manager from 2010 to 2012, and they were a Trainee Engineer in Artificial Lift Systems at Weatherford in 2010.

Carolina Andrade completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with Cum Laude honors at the University of Houston from 2008 to 2012.
