Mette Kirk Østergaard

Mette Kirk Østergaard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mette is currently working at Nel Hydrogen as Head of Contract Management since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Contract and Backoffice Manager at the same company from March 2021 to June 2023. Before joining Nel Hydrogen, Mette worked at Siemens Gamesa as a Senior Contract Manager from January 2020 to March 2021. Mette also has experience at Siemens Wind Power as a Contract Manager from October 2013 to January 2020, and as a Student Assistant from April 2011 to September 2013. Mette has also served as a Board of Directors member at Fejaa, a student organization, from May 2012 to September 2013. Additionally, they worked at Finnbjoern Consult as a Caller and Interviewer from September 2010 to November 2010, and at Weight Watchers as a Volunteer Assistant from November 2009 to June 2010.

Mette Kirk Østergaard completed a Leadership Acceleration Programme in Organizational Leadership at IMD in 2022. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they attended Aarhus University and obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Law, also known as a "Cand.merc.jur" degree.
