Michele Rossignol

Michele Rossignol, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources. Michele currently serves as the Human Resource Director at Nel Hydrogen, where they develop and implements a five-year U.S. Human Resource roadmap. Prior to this role, they worked as a Consultant at Cadence Inc., where they successfully aligned human resource initiatives with strategic goals and managed various projects, including a change management initiative resulting in a successful acquisition. Michele also has experience as an American Council on Exercise Certified Trainer, where they promoted and taught wellness programs and created curriculum for nutrition and anatomy classes. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at MiddleOak and a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at The Hartford.

Michele Rossignol, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University. In 2009, they obtained certification in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Heart Association. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various HR-related topics. In December 2018, they achieved the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
