Natalia Nikolaieva

Natalia Nikolaieva is a seasoned professional in process engineering, currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Nel Hydrogen since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Process Engineer at Skala AS from August 2019 to February 2023, and as a Project Engineer at Sterner AS between June 2014 and July 2019, where notable projects included the Forsan and Smøla biogas plants. Natalia began a career as a Trainee at Trainee Telemark and Sterner BioTek AS, focusing on process engineering, from June 2014 to February 2016. Additional experience includes working as a Laboratory Assistant at Telemark University College and as a Laboratory Technician at Astanovo AS. Educational credentials feature two Master's degrees from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" in Ecology and Environmental Protection, and a Master's degree in Energy and Environmental Technology from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
