Ragnar Johnsson

Ragnar Johnsson has extensive work experience in various managerial and technical roles. Ragnar currently serves as the Plant Director at Nel Hydrogen Electrolysers since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Maintenance Manager at INEOS from June 2018 to December 2019. Ragnar also held the position of Technical Manager at TPI Norway AS from October 2017 to May 2018 and at Vistin Pharma AS from August 2016 to September 2017.

Before that, Ragnar worked as the Senior Lean Manager at Norsk Gjenvinning from February 2014 to July 2016. Ragnar has also served as the Factory Manager at ØPD Solutions AS and ØPD Group AS from October 2012 to January 2014. In 2011, Ragnar joined REC Wafer Norway ASA as a Lean Manager and later took on the role of Performance Manager. Their work at REC involved implementing the REC Business System (RBS) and identifying cost savings opportunities.

Ragnar's earlier experience includes working as a Lean Manager at REC from August 2009 to July 2011 and as a Factory Manager at REC Wafer Norway ASA from 2005 to 2009.

Ragnar Johnsson obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1992 and 1996.
