Ruby Costa, MSHR, has a wealth of experience in human resources management, serving in various HR roles in different companies such as Nelipak Healthcare Packaging, Ocean State Job Lot, Meeting Street, Umicore, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., and the State of Rhode Island. Ruby also worked as a recruiter at Talent Tree and as a supervisor at UPS. Ruby holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from Rhode Island College.
