Tucker Morgan

Tucker Morgan is an experienced professional with a diverse range of work experience. Tucker served as the Chief Operations Officer at Nellis Auction starting in March 2023. Prior to that, Tucker worked at SEPHORA as the General Manager of the West Coast Distribution Center from January 2019 to March 2023. Tucker was responsible for overseeing all operations, including inbound receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, and training. Tucker also served as the General Manager and Site Lead at The Honest Company, where they managed fulfillment operations and led emergency action planning initiatives. Before that, they worked at McMaster-Carr as a Project Supervisor and Operations Supervisor, managing inventory, staffing, and auditing. Tucker also gained experience as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked on various client engagements and led training initiatives. Additionally, they worked at Islands Restaurants in various roles, eventually becoming a Trainer and Key Shift Manager. Tucker also held internships at Deloitte Consulting, American Campus Communities, and CEO Advisor Inc.

Tucker Morgan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Business Management from UC Irvine in 2012. Tucker also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine, completing it in 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, they received certifications such as "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" and "Managing High Potentials" from LinkedIn in 2020, and became Harvard Global Leadership Certified from Harvard in 2012.
