Chad Riley

Chad Riley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Chad is currently a Board Member at New Sun Road, P.B.C. and serves as the Director of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships at Nelnet Renewable Energy. In the past, they have worked as an Associate at DU Angels (Alumni Angel Group), a General Partner at Pioneer Venture Group, and as the Founder / Managing Partner of The Riley Companies, LLC, where they focused on creating financially responsible sustainable solutions for real estate development projects. Chad has also held roles such as Director at realwell, contributed in program development and certification at USGBC / GBCI, served as a Board Member at Radian, and was the Executive Director of Denver 2030 District. Chad has also worked as a LEED Coordinator / Program Manager at Redhorse Corporation.

Chad Riley obtained a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2019 to 2021. Chad also earned a degree in Integrative Studies, specializing in Sustainable Community Development, from Warren Wilson College from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, Chad has obtained additional certifications including LEED AP and WELL AP from USGBC / GBCI.
