Craig Rudolph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and IT delivery. Currently serving as a Business & Quality Analyst at Nelnet Bank since June 2023, Craig previously held the role of Agile SCRUM Master at Nelnet from October 2011 to June 2023, where responsibilities included ensuring the understanding and enactment of Scrum practices. Prior to that, Craig worked at Customer Loyalty Concepts from November 1994 to August 2011, taking on the roles of Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Director of IT, leading the design and implementation of integrated CRM systems. Craig's earlier career included positions at CRC Systems LTD and Sysco, showcasing a robust foundation in both technical support and sales. Craig holds an AAS in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute and additional studies at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
