Mike Walters has extensive experience in the technology and operations sectors, with a career spanning several decades. Since October 2014, Mike has served as CIO at Nelnet Business Solutions. Prior to this role, Mike held various leadership positions at Dell from November 1993 to October 2014, including CIO for Dell Insurance Services and IT Director. Mike's experience also includes serving as Assistant Vice President/Director of Operations at Perot Systems from January 2002 to September 2009, where involvement in the operational integration during the acquisition of TAG Corporation was notable. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Director of Operations at TAG/TMI from November 1993 to November 2002, and served in the US Navy as a Petty Officer from November 1986 to July 1992 and again from October 2001 to October 2004. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Doane University.
