Rodolfo Sousa

Rodolfo Sousa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and agile management across various organizations. Currently serving as Business Unit Manager and Agile Project Manager at Nelogica since May 2022, Rodolfo previously held the role of Agile Coach at NDD - Tech, where responsibilities included leading Agile ceremonies and managing Scrum Team metrics. Prior experience includes Product Manager at AKA E-Sports Lab, overseeing product scope and backlog management, and Agile Project Manager at TOTVS, managing a portfolio of projects for retail and distribution scalability in Brazil. Rodolfo also served as Senior Project Manager at TOTVS, focusing on delivering agile projects on time and within budget, and held roles in project support at Senior Sistemas and Atento.
