Igbagbo Ajagunna is a dynamic professional with a robust background in Human Resources and technology. As the founder of CompCrafter, a SaaS HR Tech platform launched in April 2024, Igbagbo focuses on enhancing transparency in employee compensation to support informed decision-making for both employees and employers. Currently serving as a People and Engagement Specialist at Nelson Education, Igbagbo drives employee lifecycle initiatives and operational strategies while previously managing HR functions as a Coordinator at the same company. A participant in the BFN 2024 Smart Start program, Igbagbo has honed fundraising and pitching skills essential for startup growth. Additionally, prior roles include internships at First Capital REIT and the Center for Global Health Security & Diplomacy, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Toronto and ongoing studies in Human Resources Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
