Julia Melman

Julia Melman is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and system integration. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Integration and Enterprise Architecture at Nelson Education since May 2015, Julia provides technical leadership in SOA-driven integration projects. Prior experience includes a role as Software Development Manager at Citi, where Julia led the design and development of core frameworks for the Global Capital Markets Credit Trading business. Julia also contributed as Development Team Lead for the Ontario Ministry of Education's OSAP Renewal Project and has worked as a Senior J2EE Developer at the City of Toronto, focusing on transforming legacy systems. Earlier positions include Development Team Lead at CrossCap and Senior Software Engineer at Tecnomatix/UGS/Siemens. Julia holds both an MSc and a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University.
