Jim Miles

Jim Miles is the Vice President of Business Development at Salas O'Brien, leading federal BD efforts following the merger with Nelson. At Nelson Engineering Co., Jim held the same title and pursued strategic BD opportunities, resulting in several prime wins with organizations such as NASA, NIH, and NIST. Jim also created various lines of business at Nelson, including Engineer and Program Manager. Prior to that, Jim worked as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Visteon, managing programs for Ford vehicles. Jim graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
