Nicolle Ratliff

Nicolle Ratliff currently serves as the Vice President of Development at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art since February 2023. Prior to this role, Nicolle held various prominent positions at Kansas City Art Institute, including Executive Vice President of Advancement & Communications and Senior Vice President of Advancement & Communications from August 2012 to January 2023. Nicolle's experience also includes serving as Development Director at Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art from 2010 to 2012, and Manager of Individual Giving at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art from 2004 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Nicolle worked as a Public Relations and Event Coordinator at the American Red Cross from 2001 to 2004 and as Marketing Manager at Commemorative Brands, Inc. from 2000 to 2001. Nicolle holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from The University of Kansas.
