Daniel Gabuardi

Daniel Gabuardi is an Associate at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, specializing in construction law and litigation since May 2022. Gabuardi handles complex contract disputes, including project impact and delay claims, payment disputes, construction defects, and design errors. Prior to this role, Gabuardi was an Associate Attorney in the Construction Litigation Group at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., where representation was provided to developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals, focusing on litigation strategy and preparation in complex civil matters. Gabuardi also gained experience as a Law Clerk in the Appellate Group at Cole, Scott & Kissane, assisting with legal research and brief preparation, and served as a Judicial Extern for the Florida Supreme Court, where jurisdictional briefs were reviewed and memoranda drafted.
