Frances-Ann Criffield

Frances-Ann (Moran) Criffield is an accomplished attorney specializing in ERISA, executive compensation, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and a Board Member at Rewriting the Code, Frances-Ann has extensive experience in executive development programs as a Global Learning Resource Network Member with Duke Corporate Education.
