Mehrdad O. Koupai has been working in the field of property management since 1994. Mehrdad O. began their career at Property Management Associates as a Regional Portfolio Property Manager, where they supervised 1500+ units of conventional and Student Housing, provided guidance, training, and motivation to the site team members, and analyzed and reviewed the monthly financial statements, variance reports, and Comparable Market Analysis to develop leasing/pricing guidelines. In 2021, they took on the role of VP of Special Projects at Nelson Partners Student Housing.
