Paula Platt

Paula Platt has over 18 years of experience in the student housing industry. Paula began their career in 2002 as Regional Vice President at GMH Communities Trust. In 2006, they moved to Campus Advantage as Regional Vice President. In 2008, they were promoted to Vice President - Client Services at Campus Apartments. In 2014, they shifted to Fountain Residential Partners as Vice President Asset Management. Since 2017, they have been serving as Executive Vice President at Nelson Partners Student Housing.

Paula Platt is currently attending Texas State University.
