Richard Carbone

Richard Carbone, Assoc. AIA, currently serves as Chief Sales Officer and Senior Vice President at NELSON Worldwide since October 2025. Prior to this role, Richard was Managing Principal of Growth & Strategy at Thriven Design from November 2019 to October 2025, overseeing various strategic initiatives. Richard's extensive experience includes leadership positions in marketing and business development at companies like Binary Creative LLC, O Z Collaborative, Voith & Mactavish Architects LLP, HDR, VITETTA, Clarke Caton Hintz, and Lend Lease. Richard holds two Bachelor's degrees from Penn State University, one in Marketing and one in Psychology with a focus on Consumer Behavior.
