Shay Lam

Shay Lam is a highly experienced design professional specializing in hospitality and workplace strategies, currently serving as Studio Leader at NELSON Worldwide since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shay held various positions at TPG Architecture from 2016 to February 2023, including Managing Executive and Studio Creative Director. Previous experience includes a tenure at WeWork as WeLive Design Director and significant roles at Perkins Eastman, tonychi and associates, and Tamotsu Yagi Design. Shay Lam holds degrees from the Central Saint Martins School of Art and Design and the San Francisco Art Institute.
