Candace Hassinger

Candace Hassinger, MS, SPHR, is an accomplished HR and operational leader with extensive experience in various roles across the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Nemacolin, Candace has successfully managed significant projects, including a $40M resort build-out, and has championed the integration of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, earning recognition as the 2021 Team of the Year. Previous roles include Director of Clinic Operations at Community Health Partners, INC., where Candace oversaw multiple healthcare clinics and enhanced organizational culture and performance. Additionally, Candace held key HR positions at Xanterra Parks & Resorts, focusing on employee relations and leadership development. Candace holds both an M.S. in Industrial Relations & Human Resources and a B.S. in Marketing and Spanish from Penn State University.
