Alma Kobsa is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Talent Management and Org. Planning & Design Manager for the Americas at Nemak since August 2018. Alma has held various leadership roles at Nemak, including Org. Planning & Design Manager for BU MEX and Talent Development Leader, focusing on strategies for organizational planning, succession planning, talent management, and performance management.
