Rebecca Armstrong

Rebecca Armstrong, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Operations Senior Specialist at Nemak since May 2023. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Ventura Foods from March 2021 to May 2023 and worked as a Human Development Specialist at Metalsa from August 2018 to April 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as a Reporting Analyst and Recruiting Coordinator at Randstad Sourceright between 2011 and 2018, and as a Customer Service Specialist at Dick's Sporting Goods from December 2010 to April 2012. Additionally, Rebecca was a Human Resources Project Manager and later a Business Process Outsourcing Team Manager at Hewitt Associates, where responsibilities included managing leave of absence services and overseeing call center performance. Earlier career experience also includes HR roles at Family Dollar and Verigent. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Norbert College in 2003.
