Elizabeth de Longeaux

Elizabeth de Longeaux is currently the Vice President Global Human Resources at Nemera, a world leader in innovative drug delivery solutions. Prior to their current role, Elizabeth held various leadership positions at Rexam, including Vice President of Human Resources for Rexam Healthcare and Rexam BCNA. Elizabeth also served as Global H.R. Director for the Pharma business and Business Partner to Finance/IM/Legal Functions in Plastics. With a background in Change Management, Elizabeth previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Accenture. Elizabeth holds a Master of International Management in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management, as well as degrees from École Polytechnique, Georgetown University, and Sciences Po.
