Kavita Tidke

Kavita Tidke has extensive experience in various roles within the agricultural and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Business Analyst and Executive Administration at NCDEX e Markets Ltd. since August 2018, Kavita previously held the position of Divisional Head at Maitri Ventures from June 2015 to July 2018, and worked as a Consultant at NCMSL from October 2010 to March 2012. Additionally, Kavita was an Assistant Professor at both K K WAGH College of Agriculture, Nashik, from February 2007 to February 2009 and Vivekanand College of Agri. Hiwara from August 2006 to February 2007. Kavita holds a Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, completed in December 2022, and a Master of Technology in Agricultural Process Engineering from the College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology, Akola, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
