Mariël Schrijvers

Mariël Schrijvers has over 20 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 1997, they began their career as a Graduation Student at Leiden University, where they worked as a genetic researcher for over a year. In 1998, they became a Purchasing Consultant at Philips Electronics, and in 2000 they moved to Philips Semiconductors as a Sr. IT Buyer. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Product Manager for Optische Mammografie and a Six Sigma Black Belt at Philips Medical Systems. In 2016, they joined IPOS Technology (Startup) as a Marketing Director and in 2018 they became Quality Manager at Nemo Healthcare and Equine Osteopath at Paardenosteopaat Mariël Schrijvers.

Mariël Schrijvers began their educational journey in 1989 when they attended Haarlemmermeerlyceum and obtained their VWO degree in 1994. Mariël then went on to pursue a MSc degree in Biotechnology at Leiden University, which they completed in 1998. In 2003, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from NIMBAS, Bradford - Graduate School of Management. In 2013, they obtained an Equus Universalis Instructor degree from Equus Universalis, specializing in classical dressage and horsemanship. Finally, in 2015, they earned an EDO (Equine Diplomate Osteopath) degree from Vluggen Institute for Equine Osteopathy and Education.
