Sri Pavani Sunkara began their work experience in 2015 as a HR Recruiter at Premier IT Solutions, where they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Precision Technologies, where they created job descriptions, sourced candidates, screened resumes, and filled open positions. In 2019, they joined Nemo IT Solutions, Inc as a Hiring Lead/Senior Staffing Specialist, where they marketed consultants and placed them through various strategies, such as posting resumes on job boards. Sri Pavani later took on the role of Technical Hiring Lead. Their work experience extends to the present with Nemo IT Solutions, Inc.

Sri Pavani Sunkara earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Jawarharlal Technological University between 2011 and 2015.
