Tomas Herrero

Tomas Herrero has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tomas started their career as a Logistics and HR Administrative at Estado Mayor Conjunto de las FFAA, where they managed recruitment processes and planned the annual budget. Later, they worked as an Independent HR Counselor at Yeah Toys, optimizing and standardizing recruitment and compensation processes. At ExxonMobil, Tomas served as an HR Counselor, scaling case management for the U.S. population related to health benefits and life insurance. Tomas then joined EY as a Senior Consultant, collaborating on business and marketing strategies for agribusiness and global retail companies, designing commercial and operational models, and reducing costs. Most recently, Tomas worked at Nemuru as an Operations & Quality Assurance Coordinator, leading continuous improvement and automation projects, developing customer service strategies, and acting as a focal point for key accounts.

Tomas Herrero obtained a Licenciatura degree in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general from UADE, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. In 2017, they completed a Diplomatura in Organizational Management and Process Analysis at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. The following year, in 2018, they earned a Diploma Internacional en Sostenibilidad y Análisis de ESG from CapacitaRSE, specializing in Estudios de sostenibilidad. In terms of additional certifications, Tomas obtained a certificate in Organizational Learning and Development from LinkedIn in November 2019, as well as a certificate in Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn in October 2019. Furthermore, Tomas also obtained an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 73/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in September 2019.
