Urszula Wojda is currently the Head of the Laboratory of Preclinical Studies of Higher Standards at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology. Prior to this, Urszula was an Associate Professor at the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, where Urszula served as the Vice Head of the Laboratory of Neurodegeneration. Wojda holds a DSc Habil in Biochemistry, a PhD in Protein Biochemistry and Calcium signaling, and a Master's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. Urszula completed a postdoctoral program at the National Institutes of Health in the USA.
