Alina Liew

Alina Liew is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as a Gunpla Contest Coordinator at Otafest since November 2019, Alina collaborates with a team to organize contests at a Japanese Art and Cultural Festival. Alina also holds the position of Merchant Operations Analyst at Neo Financial, where responsibilities include onboarding merchant accounts and coordinating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Alina contributed as a Customer Experience Specialist at Neo Financial, providing exceptional support to customers. Alina's background includes experience as a Cashier for the SAIT Students' Association and as an Instructor at Kumon. Alina completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
