Rohit Mangla

Rohit Mangla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product delivery, program management, and business development across various industries including technology, healthcare, and education. Currently serving as the Head of Product Delivery at Neo Financial since June 2025, Rohit previously held key positions at Exro Technologies Inc., where responsibilities included managing strategic innovation programs and spearheading new product introduction for the Coil Driver™ Traction Inverter. With a background in operations management at Kent Imaging and program management roles at Flex, Rohit has successfully led cross-functional teams and contributed to the launch of medical and consumer devices. Earlier career highlights include developing go-to-market strategies for international sales at UEG Medical Group and Liferiver Bio-Tech Corp., as well as co-founding the Mandala Group, a social enterprise focused on impactful mobile applications. Rohit holds advanced degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Mannheim Business School, further complemented by a Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics from Manipal Institute of Technology.
