Bethany Eldridge

Bethany Eldridge is a dedicated professional specializing in plant sciences and environmental sustainability, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of neo-fossil, a startup focused on engineering cells for long-term atmospheric carbon dioxide storage. With experience as a Subject Specialist at the Natural History Museum and an Innovation Fellow at LettUs Grow, Bethany has developed intellectual property and mentored students. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the John Innes Centre and BCAI Postdoctorate Research Fellow at the University of Bristol, where interdisciplinary projects enhanced agricultural productivity.
