Martin Konrad is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in workforce management and technology. As the Founder and CEO of NEO HR since November 2024, Martin leads innovative solutions in human resources. Simultaneously, Martin has been the Founder and Board Member of Worksuite since July 2015, overseeing a platform dedicated to improving the freelancer economy through efficient onboarding, task management, invoicing, and payments. Prior roles include serving as the Founder and Chief Product Officer at Alchemist Accelerator from April 2016 to January 2017, and Founder and CEO of Design Royale, which was acquired by Edelman. Martin's technical background includes a position as Senior Software Engineer at Cerego Japan and Senior Interactive Designer at Amnesia. Academically, Martin holds a Master's degree in Multimedia Design from the University of Sydney and a Post Graduate degree in Software Engineering from CQUniversity.
