Chelsea Heidig has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the marketing and social media industry. Chelsea started their career as a Seasonal Manager at the City of Lynchburg in 2003 and held this position until 2010. Chelsea then worked as a Marketing Intern at the Roanoke Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Assistant Director of Lifestyle Asset Division and later as the Director of Digital Media and Branding at The Greenbrier. In 2013, Chelsea joined Salamander Hotels & Resorts as the Corporate Social Media Manager. In 2015, they moved to MMGY Global, where they worked as a Senior Social Media Strategist and later as the Director of Social Media. Since 2018, Chelsea has been associated with Neo Media World, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior Partner, Group Director of Social; Head of Social, Managing Partner; Managing Partner, Commerce & Transformation Lead; and currently as the Executive Director, Client Lead - Managing Partner.
Chelsea Heidig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech in 2011. In December 2019, they obtained the Facebook Certified Media Buying Professional certification from Facebook.
