Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store focused on organic products for personal care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also practiced as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
