Liang Wu Quan

Mr.Liang Wu Quan, aged 45, graduated from South China University (previously known as Zhongnan Industrial University) with a bachelor's degree in Economics in 1997 and graduated from Tsinghua University with a Master's degree in Accounting in January 2010. He has been recognized as a senior accountant and Nation's Leading Accounting Talent in 2008 and 2016 respectively. Mr. Liang has extensive experience in financial management. He has been the financial controller and head of finance of Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd., a company limited on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code:600100) and the ultimate holding company of the Company, since February 2020. Prior to that, he was with China National Nuclear Corporation since February 2010 and held various key positions.
