Zhou Haiying

Mr. Zhou Haiying, aged 50, was appointed as a non-executive Director on 9 January 2020. Mr. Zhou graduated from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree. He has extensive experience in financial management. He has been the financial controller of Tsinghua Tongfang from January 2018 to 24 February 2020 and was appointed as the director of operations management of Tsinghua Tongfang and general manager of its operations management department in April 2020. Prior to that, he was with Tsinghua Holdings Co., Ltd. between May 2003 and January 2018 and held various positions including senior manager and deputy head of the finance department, head and general manager of asset and finance management department, and the assistant to the president. He is also an executive director of China Medical & HealthCare Group Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 383).
